"the first room we were in part of the headboard came off exposing 3 screws pointy side out and we were moved immediately, the room we were moved into was good except that in the bathroom the wallpaper had peeled away at the top by the shower exposing an area that seamed to have black mold there. we were only staying one night so it was not a huge issue but that should be something that housekeeping notices and has maintance people fix. You could have alot of people turned off by that. We will however come back to this hotel, the beds are extremely comfortable and the best thing is you cannot here anyone in the hallways which is a bonus for light sleepers."

"Security door on the north side was missing. Receptionist was monumentally indifferent. I was doing her a real favor by checking in. The stairway leading to the third floor hadn't been cleaned in days. Dirty all the way up. There was a wet cleaning rag left on the vanity in the bathroom. The bathroom door bracket was broken so the door wouldn't close. I'm disappointed in this experience. This is unlike previous visits to Country Inn & Suites."
