"The room was not cleaned if occupants left room after 12:30pm or 1pm, the ice bucket liner (after being used) was refolded with water in it and replaced in ice bucket, had to ask for toilet paper and last two days of stay no extra roll left in bathroom, had to use two rolls I got from my Mother's place..."
