"this was actually my second stay at the avalon, the first time was not as good as the second as my room was not available when i arrived and i was forced to take a smoking room or wait in the restaurant even longer, but this time there was no problem checking in or out for that matter , also with the parking in erie, it is great that they have their own garage with no charge"

"the first room we were in part of the headboard came off exposing 3 screws pointy side out and we were moved immediately, the room we were moved into was good except that in the bathroom the wallpaper had peeled away at the top by the shower exposing an area that seamed to have black mold there..."
