"During our stay we noticed these things: front desk attendants were rude and too preoccupied with the naked baby they had behind the desk, when I asked for more sugar for my coffee in room the clerk said she couldnt help me and went back to playing with the baby, the elevator smelled like urine, our bedding was full of black curly hairs, under the sheets..."
