"During our stay we noticed these things: front desk attendants were rude and too preoccupied with the naked baby they had behind the desk, when I asked for more sugar for my coffee in room the clerk said she couldnt help me and went back to playing with the baby, the elevator smelled like urine, our bedding was full of black curly hairs, under the sheets! Every machine ripped my children off, including arcade games. Huge hotel but not enough pool for more than 10 people. The great thing about this stay was the hospitality provided with breakfast. That woman in the breakfast room was polite,courteous and had a smile for everyone,very unlike the females at the front desk night shift. Also there were no evening flavored coffee or cookies provided nor were there any fans or windows in the bathrooms--our toilet paper roll was all ripped up and that was completely unsanitary. I would never spend my money to stay in that place again!"
