"i was not happy on my vaction with them, first i prepayed then they try to make me pay again big hassle theire they froze my acount had to call my bank and they told me the hotel did it cause it was over 400 i never heard such a thing got very mad and got it worked out after a hour desk clerk didnt know how to do it had to wait for a manger...only had a good housekeeper and she was spanish the two americans didnt do anything had to keep going to the office for clean towels that they didnt leave , all the workers had their kids running around and useing the pool so when we go use it or other customrs the workers kids was in it trowing things in the pool when i complined nothing was done the office smelled due cause they had a baby at the front desk again another workers kid.. when i checked out the staff didnt know how to do a prepayed and told me they had to get someone else took me total time to checkout 30 min, i stayed at a differnt hotel on the way back and i didnt get this much hassle and was peacefull... i hated my stay there and will never go there again"

"Needs more parking space. Also need to be sure the refrigerator in the room works. Ours didn't, be we only stayed one night and didn't really need it."
