"i was not happy on my vaction with them, first i prepayed then they try to make me pay again big hassle theire they froze my acount had to call my bank and they told me the hotel did it cause it was over 400 i never heard such a thing got very mad and got it worked out after a hour desk clerk didnt know how to do it had to wait for a manger..."
