"We had no rrom serivce as far as cleaning are room, we ordered a movie and that did not one, you had manintance come up, and they could not figure it out, he tryed again and stated he would tellt he front desk to credit the account back, will that was never done, I had to do it the next day when I received the bill, then at that some site we wanted room service for pizza hut , and the room service had closed at 10 pm I called the front desk and ask If they had a pizza placew that delivered and they gave me the LOCAL number to one, and then charged me for that, boy was I very disappointed to the service I recieved, I know we will never stay at Holiday Inn again."

"Checking in early in the morning is useless. You need to wait until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Make sure to call the hotel for check-in times before planning your arrival. Also, make sure to state if your room is prepaid or not. Or else, they will double-bill you."
