"We had no rrom serivce as far as cleaning are room, we ordered a movie and that did not one, you had manintance come up, and they could not figure it out, he tryed again and stated he would tellt he front desk to credit the account back, will that was never done, I had to do it the next day when I received the bill, then at that some site we wanted room service for pizza hut , and the room service had closed at 10 pm I called the front desk and ask If they had a pizza placew that delivered and they gave me the LOCAL number to one, and then charged me for that, boy was I very disappointed to the service I recieved, I know we will never stay at Holiday Inn again..." |
