"Accommidations were great. Nice clean, comfortable hotel. However, if you stay here make sure you ask for a parking pass. I stayed for 10 nights and after the 6th night I went out to my car and saw this annoying bright orange sticker plastered on my driver's side window which wouldn't come off. I had to drive around Reno with this thing and it was tough making turns because I couldn't see. Allegedly, the front desk is supposed to ask you if you need a parking pass. Guess what happens when they don't ask. You end up driving around town looking like a ja! They gave me this tiny little razor blade (just the blade, no handle) to scrape it off during my lunch break. Other than that, no complaints."

"mattresses were very, very hard. shower head was too low. i'm only 5'3" and had to scrunch down to wash my hair. my husband who's over 6' didn't even try. other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet."

"The WiFi cost $10 for 24 hours, which was a negative, since cafes now offer it for free with the assumption that you buy a coffee from them. And although it is so close to the airport that it is noisy outside, inside it was nice and comfortable."
