This resort has 620 air-conditioned guest rooms, suites, villas and condos, each offering free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a table and a balcony. Sleeping accommodations are available for up to 14 people, as are wheelchair-accessible rooms.
Various suites, villas and condos offer additional amenities such as a living room, a fireplace, a kitchenette or full kitchen and separate bedrooms. One two-storey chalet is also available, offering a jetted tub, a dining room and private laundry facilities.

Ripley's Believe It Or Not Wisconsin Dells can be found about an 8-minute drive south, and Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) is a 1-hour drive southeast. The Good The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms and food.
Many lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, characterizing the staff as friendly, accommodating and helpful. Some guests did report long line-ups during check-in, however.
The resort's accommodations were praised by many guests. They were described as spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped and well laid out. It should be noted, however, that some lodgers had complaints about their rooms (see below).
Several reviewers complimented the hotel's food. They described it as delicious, very good, fresh and amazing, with a good variety of options. A few guests found the food prices expensive, however.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints about the the rooms and noise transfer.
Although the majority of reviewers were pleased with their clean and well-equipped accommodations, some guests had complaints. They reported worn decor and fixtures, poor water pressure, small TVs and musty odours.
A few lodgers complained of noise transfer during their stay. They reported loud guests partying in adjacent rooms.
In addition, as noted above, some guests reported long line-ups during check-in and a few guests complained about food prices at one or more of the on-site restaurants.
