"The continental breakfast was supposed to go between 6am and 10am. We arrived at 8:45 and it was almost all gone. the toaster didn't work and you couldn't find anyone to see if you could get something to eat. other than that the stay was nice."

"We got very lucky and were upgraded to the largest room...had two floors...and we only paid 71 dollars. Even without that, it was a clean, safe hotel with a friendly staff that had all the amenities we were looking for without the ridiculous rates of the hotels in downtown Seattle!"

"They offer free high-speed internet service, but don't communicate that benefit clearly. When you initiate the service screen on the TV, it stipulates a $9.95 daily fee, which meant I didn't use it. I mentioned this to the front desk clerk and he said, no the service is free, it's just the service provider's welcome screen that has the fee information, which in this case, is irrelevant. Good to know. They should post that data point as access to email and such would have been very helpful."
