Overview
Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean just off Highway 60, the Quality Inn and Suites Oceanfront is popular with road travellers who prefer a hotel with a free breakfast, easy highway access and on-site dining on the beach.

This hotel has 124 air-conditioned guest rooms, each offering one king or two double beds, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a microwave, a mini-fridge, a desk, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's breakfast, value, location and staff.

Many guests were pleased with the hotel's free breakfast, describing it as outstanding, complete and very good, with lots of hot and cold items and nice ocean views from the breakfast area. One lodger remarked that the breakfast, "included scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and some sort of meat, in addition to cereals, danish, bagels, breads for toast, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, etc.".

"We are a family of four which includes a 3 month old child. When I looked on the internet for a hotel the rooms that they advertise at Quality Inn appear larger than they are. When we got a room with a king size bed, a pull out couch for our ten year old, and a refrigerator, we expected a fairly decent sized room. We thought we would have plenty of room to set up a play pen for our three month old to sleep in. It was an extremely small room that we could barely walk past each other and when the couch bed was pulled out and the play pen was set up you couldn't move around at all. They also put us in a smoking room because no one asked me to specify which one I wanted when I made the reservations. Where I am from a hotel will put you in non smoking unless you ask for a smoking room. They did nothing to help us get out of a smoking room, they just kept telling us that they were booked up. The only good thing that I can really say about this hotel is that they do have an outdoor pool."

"In the area where the continental breakfast was setup the ceiling was leaking in the middle of the room and water was coming down through the ceiling light fixture. This bothered me, especially since that is where the food was. No hotel employee seem to notice or try and fix the problem."

"The following are examples of the excellent customer service that we received during our last visit: - when we arrived before check-in, they checked to see if the room was ready and then made accomodations for us to change into our bathing suites. - friendly staff, even the maids said hello when we past them in the halls - lots of towels by the pool"

"They paid special attention to the kids that stayed in their hotel. They had popcorn and a movie by the pool. They gave the kids snow cones and ice cream floats. It was extra special for my grandkids. Overall we had a great time!"
