"As a matter of fact, I left the booking information at home. I wanted to cancel my reservation because of the hotel, the service and the quality. I save money for this vacation and was ripped off. I went across the street to check and there were other rooms available for the same price and better accomodations. I will nNEVER ever stay again because of the poor quality in the room. we left a day early and I lost one noight be cause we couldn't take it any longer. We were anxious for the vacation and the accomodations were terrible and spoiled a 5 day vacation at the beach."
