Very nice stay, definitely exceeded our expectations. For the price we were paying, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. We were not expecting the Colonial Inn to be nearly as nice as it was because it was so affordable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were very clean, the hotel restaurant was fabulous and the location was breath-taking.

we booked are room for tues moring of july 5 2005 to fri moring july 8 2005 we got ther after driving 11 hrs from ohio to find out that we could not get the room till later they said that check in was not till 4 pm but we wrer never told that even when hen i was booking the dates we went back to the office severals ect times to see what was going on i even went there to see about are room at 3;45pm and no responds we walked around for 8 hrs before we could get the room that was asigned to us with two grandchilren i was very unhappy with the whole deal why couldnt they just put us in aroom temparily the move us to the asigned roo there were other people getting in to there rooms very didsatisfied!!!!!!!!! they never gaave us our discount for triple aaa i plaN TO TELL WHO EVER WILL LISTEN AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS EXPERSINE WE HAD AT THIS HOTEL

Cost of local calls was not emphasized until the final bill. At this cost they should have been free. Loading and unloading auto was difficult due to parking locations and availability. Foreign "students" as service personnel were very good and their value should be recognized.
