"While obviously old and in need of an update, the staff at this hotel was extraordinary. They had several programs happening to increase customer satisfaction, like the "taco night" and continental breakfast, and 3 free computers with internet (albeit painfully slow dial up connections and ancient comuputers) that allowed printing. Jose Herrera (sp????), the manager, personally helped resolve confusion when I checked in, and Mary, in sales, was there personally greeting people throughout the taco night serving. The people made the property, and should be a model for all Comfort Inns! Also colocating with a fun restaurant like Fudruckers was brilliant! Only complaint -- no computer connection in the room despite the advertised "high speed internet access" which leads today's business traveller to assume it's in every room, not just in the breakfast room on two outlets. Congratulations again to a great staff! Bonnie Carroll"
