"Carpets were stained/dirty & sheets were white, thread-bare. We were only there a few hours the first night due to very late arrival & need to be somewhere early in the AM, so we made the mistake of spending a second night since we were already checked-in, but when we returned from our appointment we were locked-out of our room. They said we owed money on our account---we had paid you for the first night & they had copied the credit card for the second, so I still don't know what was the problem. We were awakened by the local police stomping up the stairs outside our room to make an arrest that night this on top of people coming & going at all hours. I later found a needle cap in the air conditioning grating---I don't believe a diabetic would be that careless!"
