"Bathroom should be upgraded: -rack for towels, so the table could be for client's things -teacups white (not black), teabags and enough of creamer available -the bathtub watertap is abysmally outdated - should be also a hand-held shower -mirror on the inside of bathroom door to be moved on the outside, so that one could check one's looks when leaving the room without walking in bathroom all clothes and shoes on! Safes should be in the room, not in the back office You might consider installing fridge in the room Location is good, shuttle service helpful and quick The new lobby area is great improvement Chamber maids were very friendly and always in good mood"
