Numerous lodgers praised the hotel's staff, finding them professional, friendly, attentive and helpful with directions and dining recommendations. One patron remarked, "The best part of staying here was the service ... We were in town due to a family emergency and I can't say enough about how amazing they were".
Many guests enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped with nice mountain views and comfortable beds. A few lodgers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
The hotel's location was convenient for several travellers. They found it to be easily accessible, as well as close to the highway, golf, a coffee shop, downtown Salt Lake City, Temple Square, the airport and a gas station. A few patrons complained there were not very many restaurants nearby, however.
