"The dates of my stay were actually 11-23 to 11-29. I had two reservations. I had stayed at Mountainside last August and enjoyed it so much that I cancelled another condo reservation I had for Thanksgiving to stay again. However, I was disappointed by my room location when reservation said I had a suite with a view of the ski hill. We stared into a hillside all week. The front desk help ranged from very helpful to "policy" mongers. Parking was disastrous at times and many cars in the garage had no authorizations hanging in their windows. The front desk told me to park at the Walmart at Kimball Junction, 10 miles away. It would also be nice if you parked your company/employee cars somewhere other than the garage, especially when crowded. Pools/spa/weightroom are excellent although a couple are not working. Fireplace never worked (big disappointment) Billing was incorrect. I was told to wait until Monday when accounting returns. Need to make sure my rewards account gets points (672520327) I would probably stay again for the right price but not next holiday. I'm not sure I like the "hotel/time share" concept. Better service at a hotel where you don't have owners pushing you around."
