Terrible customer service.
"I explained we had two seperate reservations and preferred not to change rooms. Our keys didn't work after second night, not a big deal but a little empathy or understanding would have made it no big deal. Then our hot water was out. I called down to let them know and her response was "let me see if we can get it fixed and I'll call you back." After waiting 20 minutes I went down to the front desk and just asked to change rooms, again zero apology or any sign of at least decent customer service. I heard two different guest complaining as well. It made me wish I would have spent the extra money to stay somewhere else. The only good thing was we stayed busy and didn't have to even be at the hotel very much. Terrible, will never stay here again."
