"I believe the management needs to pay more attention to keeping the area "picked up". The Laundry Room was VERY dirty. It wasn't just in need of being picked up, but was filthy. Also, there needs to be someone to walk the hotel and look for dishes that need to be returned to the kitchen or bar. In the 15 or so hours we were there we say 2 glasses outside of one guests room and 3 plates outside of another guest's room that were not removed during our entire stay. By our room (several doors down) was either an article of clothing or a towel that remained there for our entire visit. Also, in the "Fun Dome" area. There had been a birthday party that was over by about 7pm, the trash and extra tables stayed the next morning. BUT, the staff was EXCELLANT. Especially the resturant morning staff. The Bartender on sunday night was the only staff member who was not friendly. She seemed more interested in watching Britney Spears reality show on TV then in serving customers. She overflowed my drink because of watching the show. I had to point it out to get her to stop adding the coke. I had to request that the drink be remade. I just recommend hourly "walks" of the entire hotel to "pick-up"."
