Numerous guests praised the hotel's staff, and found them to be friendly, professional and helpful with directions. One lodger remarked, "The service was at the level of some of the most highly rated hotels in the world".
Many reviewers were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, modern, and well equipped, with comfortable beds and linens.
The hotel's location was enjoyed by several guests, who found it to be close to highway access, the airport, Grapevine Mills, Dallas' downtown and a gas station. It should be noted, however, that a few guests had complaints about the hotel's location (see below).
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about noise transfer and the location.
Some guests reported noise in top-floor rooms from the fitness facilities, as well as noise from cleaning staff and guests in the hallways, plumbing noise, noise from reception and music late at night and from the valet parking area.
While the majority of guests were pleased with the hotel's proximity to the airport, a few reviewers were disappointed with the location. They reported there not being much available in the area in terms of restaurants and attractions, and that cab rides were expensive due to the hotel's location.
