Numerous reviewers praised the hotel's staff, finding them helpful, attentive, personable and professional. One guest remarked, "This staff is outstanding and very personable. They are attentive to your needs and welcome you by name upon walking through the door. Both the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager are involved with the staff as well a their guests".
The hotel's location was convenient for many lodgers at the hotel. They found the hotel easily accessible, as well as close to shopping, restaurants, highway access, the Galleria, Krogers, the Energy Corridor and Reliant Stadium.
