Many reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, and characterized the staff as friendly and helpful with directions. Reviewers reported an efficient check-in service. One guest remarked, "The front desk was very helpful. My daughter is pregnant and didn't have the best drive. When we got to the hotel they could see she wasn't feeling very well. They did everything possible to make it very comfortable for her".
