"We stayed at this hotel to attend an event at Bass Hall because it was so close - literally across the street. However, between the wedding reception in a ball room right next to our room that went until after midnight, the fire alarm at 2:45 (fortunately a false one) and the noisy traffic, people and carts, in the halls we didn't get much sleep. No king beds is a definite drawback. If you drive a large SUV you have to park on the ground level which has 10 or so spaces, one reserved for the general manager and 2 handicapped. So the racks on our Trail Blazer scrapped the ceiling. We also could not find an elevator in the garage which is totally self-park. But the garage was free. There is a bar in the lobby but it was not open. We'd stay there again only for the location."
