Many lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location. They found it close to both of Dallas's airports, restaurants, downtown Dallas, highway access, bars, shopping, Walmart and attractions. A few guests complained about the hotel's surrounding area, however (see below).
Numerous reviewers enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, quiet, well equipped and well maintained, with comfortable beds and good water pressure. It should be noted, however, that a few patrons were disappointed with aspects of their lodgings (see below).
Several patrons praised the hotel's staff. They found them to be friendly, helpful, accommodating and hard working.
