The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by guests, who found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
Many reviewers were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as quiet, clean, spacious, updated, modern and well decorated, with comfortable beds. It should be noted, however, that a few guests had complaints about their rooms (see below).
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's location. They found it to be close to the highway, restaurants, bars, shopping, a spa, museums and downtown Dallas.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about noise transfer and the rooms.
Some guests complained of noise disturbances during their stay. The majority of these reviewers reported traffic noise in highway-facing rooms, and recommended guests book rooms at the opposite side of the hotel. Noise from guests in adjacent rooms was also mentioned by a couple of reviewers.
Although the majority of lodgers were pleased with their clean and modern rooms, a few guests had complaints about their accommodations. They reported small-sized rooms, worn towels and no in-room microwaves.
