One guest described her room as old and drab. A few guests thought that their rooms were not cleaned thoroughly and these guests described finding dirty carpeting and garbage cans that had not been emptied.
Several reviewers described some staff members as unhelpful, while one guest found the customer service sub-par. While several guests enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurant, several reviewers thought that the service was slow and inattentive.
Some other reviewers complained about noise from the indoor pool, loud in-room air-conditioning units and the smell of cigarette smoke in the halls.
