"Front desk unable to give directions to the hotel. It would be so easy to have printed mapquest, etc directions from all incoming directions. also not knowledgable about location of local sites so sent taxi driver to wrong location although we told taxi driver the correct name of theater, he was told to go to ryman theater. It cost us $60 in taxis plus being late to our concert although we were picked up 40 min. before the event and it was located by Opryland! Very frustrated. I would make sure my employees had printed directions to all points of interest in my town."
