"The hotel looked like it needed a 'make-over'. It was clean and maintained however it looked run down. For instance the toilet seat was cleaned and but it was yellow from age. It may have been nice once upon a time but it looks as though it has not been upkept. My room smelled like mildew and the air conditioner was WAY too loud. $95.00 per night was to expensive for this type of hotel. The staff was very pleasant!"

"We experienced problems with accessing the Nintendo games (we have a 7 year-old son), however, your maintenance crew arrived immediately after we placed a call to the Front Desk. He was very courteous and the problem was resolved. This was I believe, our 5th stay at your hotel. Every stay has been a great experience. Your staff is always so friendly. We especially eating breakfast at your restaurant. It's always excellent! Keep up the great work! Looking forward to our next stay."
