"The look of the hotel was good. However, as the old saying, DO NOT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER. The customer services was POOR and NON-EXISTENT. I have made the reservation in May 5, 2004, that's two weeks in advance. However, when I got there, the guest representative by the name of "Jacob" treated as we did not make any reservation. He made no attempts in finding my reservation. Poor customer services and rude at times. I will NEVER stay at a BEST WESTERN Hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone again. I have stayed at BEST WESTERN whenever I traveled but this will change from now on."
