The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by guests, who characterized them as friendly, accommodating, professional and helpful with dining recommendations. One patron remarked, "What makes this hotel as great as it is is the staff. Not only do they help with anything you may need, they show that they have a sense of humor and are not uptight like some staff I've dealt with".
