"My only concern was my family had two room..one was on one end of the U shaped facility and one on the other..a rather long walk between then!"

"your site did not have a place to put in smoking or non smoking, When I checked in I did not ask. They booked me in a smoking suite, and I did not realize this. They explained they had a dog show in town, and had many dogs on the property that weekend only, and I explained I was highly alergic, wanting to make sure my room did not have animals staying in it earlier. I checked in and drove around, she the clerk met me at the side door with a new room key because when I told her I was allergic to dogs, she realized the smoking room would not work either. I was impressed she went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The room was fine except the bathroom light had a short which I reported when I left and the patio had a lot of standing water, not sure if it was from rain, or the wall unit air conditioner, but the patio could not be used."

"My husband ripped his new shirt on the door handle of the hotel. The management took care of the shirt and the door promptly. They were also very helpful with directions and restaurant choices."
