The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments from lodgers, who found them to be friendly, accommodating and attentive.
Many reviewers praised the hotel's location, describing it as close to shopping, attractions, Greenville's downtown, restaurants, TD Convention Center, Bi-Lo Center and a bookstore. One lodger stated, "Nice location - close to shopping, attractions, yet private and restful".
The hotel's breakfast was also praised by several guests, who described it as excellent and wonderful, with many hot and cold selections. One reviewer noted, "excellent breakfast included with the room - not just "continental" but cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, etc.".
