"We were in room 905 and had a connecting door to 906. Bearing in mind we had flown from Grand Cayman for a nice relaxing weekend away we were woken both mornings by the guests in the that room (different people each day). The sound proofing was terrible, and subsequently woken at the crack of dawn both days, either by the family on the Sunday morning or by the loud business man on the Monday morning, this of course put us in a great mood for our day of relaxation. Also the gentleman working on Saturday 10 June (PM) was not very helpful in helping us locate Theatre 99, which was very easy for us to find but clearly very difficult for him. As we were not asked whether we enjoyed our stay at this hotel on checking out we did not say anything at the time. And I suppose the lady working that morning did not seem senior enough to have helped anyway, although I'm sure there was a manager on site. "
