"There were no towels available for the pool, twice I had to leave the pool area and walk up to the front desk to get towels. The second time the woman at the front desk told me to go back to the pool area and someone would bring them to us. 45 min. later noone brought them. Also there was no safety lock on the inside of the room door and our grandchildren 22 mo. kept opening the door."

"Our room had only two towels, the coffee pot was not emptied from the previous guest. There was trash left under the bathroom counter. I am still wondering if it was ever cleaned."
