"The beds were brick-hard, almost like sleeping on the floor, and sleeping in mine hurt my back. The bathroom was tiny. Phone outlets for computer dialup were hard to get at; I had to get behind the bed to move the telephone over to the work desk so I could plug into its data port and work on the desk, and that was almost impossible to do. Other than these things, the hotel facility was average and not particularly objectionable. The staff were very helpful and courteous in particular."
