Michelle Gay is awesome! She got us checked in early and was so polite and courteous. She even gave my kids some rain ponchos because it might rain that night...and it did. Thank you Michelle for being so kind and helpful...because of you...I will definately be back in April for the KNicks Cavs game. The only problem was the internet keep going out every ten minutes and breakfast could have been better.
