"The only complaint I have is that the pool was out of service. At 2:00 p.m. we were told a part was needed and would be available in 2 hours and the pool would be fixed. We returned to the hotel at 10:15 hoping to spend 45 minutes at the pool/hot tub and were told the pool was out of service until the next day. The front desk gave us a discount on the room but we had only booked at the Radisson to be able to take a late swim. Other than that the room was clean and the staff friendly. Would have liked a swim though."
