The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers, who described it as easily accessible and close to highway access, casinos, public transit, restaurants, shopping and the airport. One guest remarked, "The location of this hotel is great. You can walk to anywhere on the strip and it shouldn't take longer than half an hour".
Numerous reviewers were pleased with the hotel's customer service. They characterized the staff as helpful, efficient, professional and knowledgeable about the area.
