"We stayed 2 nights, a Tuesday night and a Wednesday night. Our room seemed very damp all the time, specifically the carpet and the sheets on the bed. I realize this hotel is just a couple hundred yards from the beach, but that is no excuse, as I've stayed at other hotels that are just as close to the beach, and they didn't have that problem. We were at the beach all day Wednesday, and the maids didn't even clean our room that day, and I ended up having to call the office to have towels and wash cloths brought to us. Not sure that I'd recommend this hotel or not. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, no-frills place to crash for a couple of nights, this might be the place for you. If you want a meticulously clean, spacious room with all the bells, whistles and amenities that some hotels are known for, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The staff in the office were very friendly and accommodating, but that didn't quite make up for everything else."
