"We arrived at midnight on the 17th. we were put in a room that smelled moldy and stale, the bed linen was not clean, there was a plate of condiments on the rack. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room, we were put in a non smoking room which we had to take as all hotels were booked. we took the kids to the pool at noon, only to find human poop in it and thrown all over the walls, hair all over the floor. as I have worked in a hotel before, maintenance should have been in there cleaning it at 6am. I was discusted with the whole thing and we checked out a day early. I was given a 67.00 credit and I paid 79.00 plus tax. I will never stay at Super 8 again."
