The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by guests, who characterized them as friendly, accommodating, attentive and professional. One lodger noted, "Everyone was very nice and accommodating. We even received a call from the front desk asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything".
Numerous reviewers praised the hotel's breakfast, describing it as excellent, fresh, plentiful and well stocked, with a good selection of hot and cold items and great staff. One guest remarked, "The morning breakfast (served from 6 - 10 am) had something for everyone: cereal choices, hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, breakfast sandwiches, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, bagels and breads, a variety of juices, coffee and danishes".
