"I was disappointed with the cleanlines of the room. As soon as we opened the door the room smelled like smoke. Tried to get some air freshner. We asked to be moved to a different room. But they said that there was no other room available. Found the substance (2) on the floor with ashes. My two kids could not handle the odor so we opened the door. That did not work. I had a headache from the smell. Not a good experience."

"The air condition was too noisy. You heard when it when on and off. The breakfast was horrible. Watered down coffee. Why serve something if it is going to be thrown away. Did not have a good stay."
