Many guests enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They found their rooms to be quiet, modern, clean, well equipped and spacious, with comfortable beds and linens.
The hotel's breakfast was praised by numerous reviewers, who described it as excellent and fabulous, with several hot, cold and healthy items. One patron remarked, "I was thrilled with their breakfast buffet. It was well stocked and clean. They served hot French Toast, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal with all the trimmings, and a pretty display of fruit, donuts, and other continental-style food". A lack of seating was mentioned by a few guests, however.
Several lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay, and characterized the staff as attentive, friendly and helpful. One reviewer noted, "We arrived around 9 pm both nights and the service was wonderful. Our first night there, the check in clerk actually walked us around the first floor to show us all of the amenities".
