"Matress comfort was good -- pillows and blankets were useless. In addition, when I requested two additional pillows I was advised that they were "out". What passed for an additional blanket more closely resembled a matress protector. Additional pillows and blankets should have already been staged in the room upon arrival. Room was musty and for some unknown reason, all of the windows were blocked to prevent opening for fresh air. Room refresh only occurred if the guest elected to pay an additional $5.00 per occurance. By far one of the worst, most uncomfortable hotel stays I have ever experienced. I have stayed with Extended Stay before and have no idea what the problems are at this location but it appears at the surface that the property is simply being treated as a "Cash Cow" with little investment."
