The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, location and rooms.
Numerous guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received, characterizing the staff as accommodating, helpful and friendly. One patron noted, "Staff is amazing. Always willing to help. And always asking if anything is needed. They for sure go the extra mile".
Many reviewers enjoyed the hotel's location, describing it as serene, relaxing and easily accessible, as well as close to attractions, Silver Dollar City, restaurants and highway access. One guest remarked, "The resort is located in a quiet area, yet close enough to all the attractions".
The hotel's accommodations were the source of several compliments by lodgers. They described them as clean, spacious, well equipped and well maintained, with comfortable beds, and beautiful golf-course views. The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about noise transfer, timeshare pitches and the rooms.
Some guests complained of noise disturbances during their stay. They reported noise from guests in adjacent and overhead rooms, as well as noise in rooms near the clubhouse area of the resort.
A few reviewers were disappointed with the persistent timeshare sales people located around the resort. They described being bothered several times throughout their stays to attend a timeshare meeting.
While the majority of lodgers were pleased with their clean and well-equipped rooms, a few guests had complaints. They reported uncomfortable beds, unreliable Wi-Fi signals and dated decor.
