"I reserved five rooms and the party room at this hotel for my wedding. They "lost" the reservation for the party room. Luckily we were only planning our reception there. The wedding was outdoors. Thank god the weather was good or else I dont think I would have gotten married that day. These people's service sucks!! They were very rude telling me that I never reserved the room, when I had even been escorted up there just a week earlier to take pictures!!!! This hotel takes advantage of the fact that they are in a good location. Holiday Inn you suck and I will tell everyone I know!!!!"
