The GoodGenerally, guests found this hotel's proximity to downtown Traverse City, dining establishments, the bay and the beach convenient. Many attractions were withing an easy walking distance, which guests seemed to appreciate.

The Bad
A few guests complained that the walls of their rooms were thin, letting in sound from the hall and other areas like the night club of the hotel at inconvenient times. If this is a concern, some guests recommend requesting rooms away from that area.
A few guests felt the bathrooms were missed in the recent round of renovations and are in need of an update. The bathroom floor tiles were the biggest complaint. One guest reported seeing a large amount of mold on the ceiling of their bathroom.
Some guests had issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, saying that they didn't appear clean when they arrived. Other guests said that housekeeping had not cleaned their rooms to their satisfaction or at all.
