"First of all, I found the map to the hotel rather confusing. Then I called and Free Hotel Search and they could not give me the number of the hotel nor just an 800 number for Best Western to find out the location of the hotel. Once I got the number, I was put on hold for five minutes TWICE; finally I called back and asked the front desk not to put me on hold since I was driving around looking for the hotel, they gave me the wrong directions. When I called back to see how I could find the location, the guy told me the hotel was on the West side of 75, which clearly it is not. Once I arrived, the guy I'd spoken with on the phone was there by himself, and clearly needed assistance sinced the phone was ringing off the hook, which made it difficult for me to check in; he was answering the phone. Once I got to my room, I found the bathroom unclean, there was hair all over the floor and the sink and the tub, which was an indication the room was not clean. Additionally, there were urine stains on the toilet seat. After I changed rooms, everything was fine. I found the staff to be great; I'd spoken with the woman handling the breakfast set up and said hello to the housekeeping staff, which were all very friendly. I will not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it. Additionally, the front desk the next day seemed put out to be working there. This is a bad and unique experience and I definitely didn't get my $100 worth. Also, you have this listed as a three star hotel. It is not and a Fairfield Inn, which is a two star is nicer than this hotel. FYI ; You should change the rating. Respectfully, Chelsea"
